Hey guys, Happy New Year!!! Hope your year is starting off amazing like mine. I have decided to do something new here by posting pictures of my work face before I go to work. This is just to ensure that I'm active on here and I hope to bring you guys more goodie this year. Enjoy!!! 

Black Friday Madness

So I'm sure most of you were excited today about the Black Friday sales. Well I was indifferent because I had a bad day this morning. I woke up this morning at 7:38am thinking I had to start work at 10am. Something just told me to recheck my schedule and I realized that I was looking at my friends time table all this while. You can imagine the shock on my face when I noticed I had to start work at 8am. Now....I did anything a magician would do, I ran outta bed into the shower, and got dressed in 6mins. During this time I was calling a cab and I had 15mins left to get to work. It took the cab 5mins to get to my place, which gave me enough time to button my shirt and zip up my pants. I hopped into the cab and explained my situation to the cab driver. he was kind enough to go out of his way to make sure I was at the mall in 6mins. The time now was 7:56am and I had no cash on me, so I was trying to pay with my credit card. Unfortunately the credit card machine decided to mess up at two trials. I hopelessly left my stuff in the cab and ran inside the mall to get cash. After my unpleasant journey, I got to work 1min late. I consider this experience a success, because the old me would have given up as soon as I rechecked my schedule. This is Definitely something to remember and laugh about. P.S This is the first time I showed up to work without any makeup. Feel free to laugh at my pain. With that being said, the good part about my day are these eyeliners I got for good deals. Happy Black Friday Y'all!!!

Let's play a Game....

I'm guessing you all know the movie SAW, I mean it has part 1, 2, 3 e.t.c. I recreated the saw puppet from the movie for my final project yesterday. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to do, because we had to incorporate everything we learnt in class through out the term. Honestly my decision was made last minute, but I thank God I was able to pull through. I was so last minute that I decided to start practicing for my final project a day to my exam. I spent nothing less than 6 hours researching and figuring out how I was going to put everything together. I timed myself also to be sure I was right on time to complete my work. I'm indeed really grateful for this experience, I have increased my makeup skills not only in street makeup but also in  the theatrical section. Thank you all for the love and support. Really grateful to God for another successful experience.

Happy Birthday to me.

It is that time of the year, and I must say I feel different in a good way. I forgot to post this on my birthday, which was on the 23rd of November. I just turned 21 *coveringface* getting younger each year lol. I pray for wisdom, knowledge, good health and success this new year for me and God's abundant favor. The wonderful people in my life, made it a year to remember. Big shout out to my boo boo of life.
