Echo by Kat Von D (Pop of Blue)

Echo is a new Kat Von D liquid lipstick that looks absolutely gorgeous on all skin tones. It is long wearing, full coverage and also dries to a matte finish. It is also creamy which allows for easy application.  It also has skin care benefits from the vitamin E and sunflower seed included in the ingredients. I have been a huge fan of Kat Von D and I have seen her products get better and better. You can't go wrong with her liquid lipsticks if you're looking for a long lasting lip color. 

Side Note: if you have dry or cracked lips, please exfoliate before using the liquid lipsticks. It helps for a much smoother application.

Naked Smoky Palette From Urban Decay.

This palette is amazing for a smoky neutral eye look. It consist of a double-ended brush and a detailed look book that shows how to achieve four different smoky looks. I also noticed this palette has a combination of satin, matte and sparkle eyeshadow colours. Three of which are from previous vice palettes and nine never before seen colours. Urban decay is well known for their highly pigmented eyeshadows that are very easy to apply and blend. Which is as a result of the pigment infusion system in this palette that allows it to also have a strong staying power and velvety texture. I'm super excited to play with this palette.

What to wear???

This is me after making up two brides and a bridesmaid. One of the bride was my co worker at sephora, so I got an invitation to attend the wedding. It was also my first time attending a wedding ceremony in Winnipeg. I was a bit nervous about what was appropriate to wear but I think I did a good job sticking to my jumpsuit. If you know me then you already know I love my jumpsuits and i know it is not exactly thinking out of the box but it never disappoints.

So I woke up today feeling refreshed, happy and excited to beat my face for work. Hope you guys like it. I also wanted to use this opportunity to apologize for being MIA on here. 

For my eyes I used Shany cosmetics eye shadows.
